Chloe loves being the big helper holder of Shiloh whenever I need, and they just love coddling her anytime she's not in her crib :) Goober more wants me than Shiloh. She's been a bit of a Momma's girl and I think is missing her Mommy, so we're working on making Mommy more of a priority for both girls.
Here is Chloe, she does such a good job holding and taking care of Shiloh. Shiloh calms down in Chloe's arms (unless of course she's waiting for food, lol!)
This is Shiloh sleeping, there's something so precious about a sleeping child, they have such a peaceful look about them <3
Mmmmmmmmmmmm, RIBS!!!
So both our girls LOVE ribs! Natasha doesn't like a whole lot of meat, but ribs is something she will eat and ask for more!! Mostly she likes her veggies, salad, breads and fruit, but ribs are one she'll always come back for! Chloe on the other hand is almost strictly carnivorous. She is no rabbit. Meat and potatoes is her favorite. It's so funny, between the two of them they'll eat everything, as long as Chloe gets the meat and Natasha gets the veggies, lol! Here they are eating ribs that Matt made for staff.
Deer oh Deer
Well, we went into Steinbach on Father's Day. Before we were discharged from the hospital, they forgot to do one test on Shiloh and said it was important to have done before she was 5 days old. So in we went. We made a great day of it, going out for lunch with our good friend Andy, then hanging out with Terry and April for the afternoon, and Jason and Pamela in the evening. We had a lot of fun. It was busy and we ended up driving home late. It seems there sure are a lot of deer out now, and we made it about 5 minutes from home when all of the sudden a crazy scared deer ran right in front of us and well, he's history! So now we have an autopac claim to go thru and, something I didn't know was if you have carseats in a vehicle, no matter the severity of the crash, autopac replaces them. Well, I'm not going to complain about getting a new carseat for free, but it is somewhat of a hassle. So just a word of caution. . . there are a lot of deer out. We keep hearing stories of people hitting deer. One guy we talked to said he hit two in one day! Yikes!!
