Well, last night we had a pretty intense thunderstorm. I was talking with one of our spring/summer staffers and she had just been out for a run but cut it short because as she was running the air was super thick and humid, the clouds looked eerie and not a single bird was chirping. Then around 9pm the rain and lighting and wind hit! It was crazy winds. The power went out and with it so did Trevor. He needed to assess what was going on, and dangerous damage, if any. And help get the campers, who were in chapel, safely to their cabins, also get the generators up and running. God was good, there was not a single person hurt in this storm!!
This is the shed beside the craft/bike shop that was lifted off the ground by tree roots of a tree that fell. You can also kinda see that there's a tree that fell on top of it too!

This is camps trailer where speakers or nurses stay the week they are here. Thankfully no one was in the trailer when the tree fell.

These are trees down along the road to the beach as well as the huge washouts from the torrential rain. Our rain gauge shows up to two inches and it was overflowing!!

This is a tree that fell on the boat house. There's another one you can't see in the picture behind me that is leaning and has to come down too!
